For Lodges, Retreats & Tourism Companies

Your guests come for the wildlife. Give them a reason to come back as guardians.

Today's travelers want more than a view. They want to come home changed. Most lodges try to deliver that piece by piece: a spa menu here, a yoga deck there. MedaSyn brings it together as one complete healing experience, designed for your land, your wildlife, and your community.

01 · The Program

Wild Connection

A complete, ready-to-run guest journey built on the MedaSyn method and rooted in your own land, wildlife, and community. Guests move through three stages:

1

Connect

Guided immersion rooted in your landscape: breathwork, sound, forest walks, and wildlife encounters designed to open guests up, not just entertain them.

2

Belong

Guests meet the people who protect the land. Village and school visits, local guides and healers, and time with your conservation partners.

3

Return

Ways to stay involved after they fly home: return journeys, volunteering in surrounding communities, and supporting the animals they met.

What the license includes

  • A structured guest journey for 3 to 7 night stays
  • Training for your staff and on-site facilitators
  • Session guides for breathwork, meditation, sound, and nature immersion
  • A framework for community and conservation engagement
  • Brand assets and marketing guidelines
02 · The Spaces

The room is part of the healing. That's MedaSyn.

Carrie designs the places your guests move through so they slow down from the moment they arrive, with natural materials, firelight, and views that keep the wild in every frame.

03 · The People

MedaSyn Healer Residency

Vetted breathwork, somatic, energy, and sound practitioners in residence at your property for anywhere from two weeks to one year. Book a residency on its own, or pair it with the program and spaces so your healers bring them to life.

What a residency includes

  • Daily group sessions for your guests
  • Bookable one-on-one treatments
  • A training session for your staff
  • Content and promotion to each practitioner's own audience
  • A revenue-share model that keeps fixed costs low

What Carrie's clients experience

“It felt like a deep remembering of who I am.”

Working with Carrie was a profound experience of reconnection and self-discovery. She has a rare ability to listen beyond the words, recognize what is moving beneath the surface, and create a space where you can reconnect with parts of yourself you may have forgotten.

Your Pace, Your Path

Start anywhere. Grow over time.

You don't have to do everything at once. Every part is designed to connect to the others, so whatever you start with becomes the foundation for what comes next.

1

Start with one

Choose the piece that fits your property today. License Wild Connection, redesign a single space such as your lobby or wellness pavilion, or host a healer in residence for as little as two weeks.

2

Build over time

Add the next piece each season. A typical path: launch the program, design the spaces around it, then bring healers in residence.

3

The full experience

Program, spaces, and people designed together as one complete healing destination, from arrival to the journey home.

The Flagship

See it all together at MedaSyn Bwindi

Beside Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to nearly half of the world's mountain gorillas, Carrie is building the flagship lodge that brings all three parts together: the Wild Connection journey, spaces designed for healing, and healers in residence. It is the model for every partner lodge.

From Tourist to Conservationist: Turning Guests into Guardians

Carrie arrived in South Africa as a tourist and left as a steward. Today she sits on the board of the rhino sanctuary that changed her. In this keynote for lodge owners, operators, and tourism boards, she shows how to design stays that create that same shift, and how it drives repeat visits, community investment, and wildlife protection.

"I was not there as a tourist. I had been sent there as a steward."

How It Works

Three steps to your lodge's healing experience

1

Start a conversation

Tell Carrie about your property, your guests, and what you're curious about. The form takes about two minutes.

2

Get your roadmap

Carrie maps where to begin, whether that's one part or all three, and how the pieces can grow together over time.

3

Launch and grow

Guests arrive as travelers and leave as guardians, and come back to the place that changed them.

Start the Conversation

Let's design your lodge's healing experience.

Tell Carrie about your property and what interests you: the program, the spaces, the residency, or all three. The form takes about two minutes.
